Ticket Purchase Policy

The following policy applies to all tickets purchased from The Bugle Boy.


Check In


Please bring the emailed copy of your tickets and a driver’s license to check in at the door.


Your attendance at an event may be subject to additional terms or restrictions. You should review your tickets for any additional information that may apply to your attendance at an event.

All Ticket sales are final with the exception of the below.

Event Cancellations / Reschedules



If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you via email and advise you of such. 


Tickets for cancelled events will automatically be refunded in the amount that you paid for your ticket(s). Service fees, processing fees and any other fees, such as delivery fees, are not refundable.

If an event is rescheduled, we will contact you via email notifying you as to the new event date. At the time of notification, if you are not able to attend the rescheduled event you will be refunded the amount of the price you paid for your ticket(s). Service fees, processing fees and any other fees, such as delivery fees, are not refundable.

Exchanges

Ticket Availability



Ticket availability is subject to change. If a customer does not complete his or her purchase, previously locked tickets are released and made available for purchase.
