FYI- The Bugle Boy is a true listening room with fabulous acoustics. We do not allow talking during the performances. Respect for the performer as well as the ticket holder is not an after thought but rather our business model. Since The Bugle Boy is a point of destination venue, it helps to let your fan base know that seeing and hearing you perform here is a valuable experience and well worth the drive (60 miles from Austin, 90 miles from Houston, 120 from San Antonio). Folks traveling from out of town will often get a B & B and make a night of it. Lodging suggestions can be found here and it is always important to encourage advanced ticket purchases for folks coming from out of town.

If you have handbills, include them and send a minimum of 40. - Send us links to download your music and we will spin your music during The Bugle Boy’s “Company B” show on our local KTIM 89.1 community radio station.
- Send us a five-ten sentence BLURB for our website. A short description that would catch anyone’s attention, and describe your music accurately.
- Send us a high res JPG and a high quality VIDEO for our website promotions.
- List your SHOW DATE on your online tour calendar with a link to The Bugle Boy and encourage fans to pre-purchase their tickets.
- Post show announcements on all of your SOCIAL MEDIA and recommend that your fans pre-purchase their tickets.
IMPORTANT: If artist is creating a Facebook Event, please include the following verbiage to avoid the unfortunate situation of a fan showing up at a sold out show without a ticket, thinking that clicking “Going” was sufficient.“Limited Seating – Purchasing Tickets In Advance Strongly Recommended”
